HOTEL Kavuras Village - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 25 % is kindly asked to be layed down.(The remaining amount is to be paid off at arrival).
Reservations can be made online with credit card on our online reservation system . The following cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa Card. Reservations will only be guaranteed by the hotel upon receiving credit card details from the guest and once payment has been verified.
Reservations can be made also through Bank wire transfer to our bank account. Reservations will only be guaranteed by the hotel once payment has been verified and upon receiving the guest’s bank transaction receipt by fax.
RESERVATIONS POLICY: In order to confirm a reservation a deposit of 25% of the total amount is kindly asked to be layed down.
The remaining amount 75% on arrival
CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: no charges ,full refund of deposit.
Cancellations 20 days of arrival: 50% of total will be charged.
Cancellations 2 days before arrival 70% of total will be charged.
NON-SHOW: Non-show, 100% of all nights will be charged.
EARLY CHECK OUT: 50% of the cost of the remaining days is charged.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES Check-in: 14:00 Check-out: 12:00 In case of late arrival our guests are kindly asked to inform us in advance, as far as this is possible. luggage can be stored at departure day, if required. If our guests wish to extend there stay later than 12:00 9check-out time) they will be charged half of the daily rate. (until 18:00 p.m.) a use of room after 18:00 will be charged as overnight stay. (Accomodation can be used, as far as there is avai-ability). Taxes are included in all rates of this website. The Hotel Kavuras Village reserves the right of alteration or amendment of terms, conditions and rates at any time.
CHILDRENS"S POLICY Children up to 2 years are not charged for their stay in our hotel. Baby cots, with daily charge 10,00 euro can be placed in rooms upon request. the use of an extra bed for older children is charged........., daily.
BEHAVIOUR The hotel management reminds all guests, representatives and clients to respect the hotel's rules, in order to guarantee a harmony stay for all clients. In case of failure to comply with the management requests, atermination of booking or any event may immediately be practised. The hotel does not accept any liability for any refund or compesition.
LIABILITY Any damages caused to the allocated rooms, utensils,furnishings and eqipment have to be be mentioned immediately at the reception. The mangement has to ask the responsible for damage client to pay the amount which is rquired.
CAR PARKING The hotel does not accept any responsibilty for damage or theft of client's cars, motorbikes o. a., parked in hotel area.
PETS Pets unfortunately can not be allowed, to ensure the necessary hygiene in the hotel.
